Charlie

“Charlie is such a great girl. Bethany does such an amazing job – Charlie is so social – I’ve been training – all the info Bethany sent with Charlie when she was a little pup was amazing – It directs you so your pup is social and well behaved and confident. I was also able to socialize the pups from litter P between 4-8 weeks – I highly suggest this if you can do it. Bethany is the best!”

Archer

“We honestly cannot say enough good things about Bethany and WCC Berners. My husband and I always knew that we wanted a Bernese Mountain Dog. We chose WCC because of how knowledgeable Beth is about the health, nutrition, socialization, and training of her dogs, and because of the work that she puts in as soon as they are born. Archer is such a fun, smart, goofy dog and he is the perfect fit for our family. We always receive compliments on how good looking and well behaved he is. Bethany has been fantastic to work with and is always readily available to answer any questions or concerns that we have. She goes above and beyond with her breeding and we cannot recommend her enough.”

Heasley & Eiger

“These two amazing dogs are here because of WCC’s commitment to doing dog breeding right. Not just in all the genetics being carefully considered but in the work they do with them once paws are on the ground. This dedication to sensory and social stimulation the first 9-10 weeks of a puppy’s life is critical and WCC focuses on this with their pups. But the best thing about WCC is that it’s like you have a loving grandparent in the picture once you bring your pup home. Bethany is always there to give advice and encouragement. I am told daily about how easy these dogs are to be around. I do work at that but it was the foundation that Bethany gave these guys that set them in the right direction.”

Eva

“Meet Eva. She is our third Bernese Mountain Dog. After the first two passed we thought our hearts were forever broken as we loved them so much. After a few years the dog itch came back and of course we had to have a Berner.

We stumbled onto finding Bethany. After filling out the application, visiting her home, and meeting her pack we knew that she shared our passion for the breed. As Berners can have health issues it was critical for us to find a breeder who had a working knowledge of the problems and had the integrity to breed responsibly. Bethany and her team are also available to help with questions, training, and any concerns.

While I know that I am prejudiced, Eva is an amazing dog with such a happy disposition. She visits my mother is an assisted living facility everyday where she is adored and loved by staff and residents. Eva is also very smart and extremely intuitive. After just three agility sessions she is displaying a knack that is not usual in Berners. We believe that the combination of responsible breeding and early training with socialization has helped to mold our sweet natured Eva. She is a joy.”

Maslow

“Bethany is an incredible breeder and I couldn’t be happier with Maslow! The amount of time Bethany spends with the puppies, not only for their first 8 weeks, but beyond that, shows how much love she has for what she does. We were able to visit the puppies before we brought Mas home, and after, Bethany was still involved through training sessions and daycare! Maslow is the most well-adjusted dog, and it is because of all the socialization Bethany does! Because Bethany knows the puppies personalities so well, we were matched with the perfect berner, who will go on an eight hour hike, or sleep at my feet while I do school work. He’s not afraid of fire works, is calm around cats, he loves car rides, loud noises don’t bother him, and he loves every person and dog he meets. We are so lucky to have found such a dedicated breeder!”

Katie

“Bethany – we can not thank you enough for giving us one of the greatest blessing we could ever ask for! Mike Willis and I can’t brag enough about Katie Bug (Litter R). Beyond the fact that she’s such a sweet natured dog, she’s also very smart and eager to learn and that’s all because of how she was raised! With the interaction and training you did at such a pivotal age, Katie is not afraid of anything. Storms, noise, the vacuum – none of those bother her. We also really appreciate the time you took to work with us flying in from Texas to pick her up. It was flawless!! I think it’s bc pretty safe to say that we’ll likely be on your wait list for another WCC Berner!! Here is a picture of Katie from last week! She’s weighing in at 75+ lbs at 8.5 months!”

Cinder

Cinder

“WCC Berners do an amazing job. They set you and your puppy up for success. They take the time to get to know you and the puppies, so that they can make sure the dog is placed in the right home. We get so many compliments on how beautiful and well trained Cinder is and that is all do to how she started out in the world with WCC Berners.   Bethany answers any questions, no matter how silly they may seem. We couldn’t be happier with Cinder and our experience with Bethany.”

Maslow

“WCC Berners are absolutely amazing breeders. They do justice to this wonderful breed by breeding the best dams and sires from all over the world. Then once the puppies are born they go above and beyond to nurture the best behaviors. Your puppy basically comes to you trained and socialized. Their puppies are the best of the best and we are so lucky we were able to get our BMD from them. We love our healthy happy puppy and we’re so glad we got him from WCC’s Bernese Mountain Dogs. I would recommend them to anyone looking to add this wonderful breed to their family.”

“I could write pages about WCC Bernese Mountain Dogs. My friend found their website and texted me immediately. She said, “The owner references those Monks you are always talking about.” I went to the website and couldn’t read fast enough. I was so impressed with her puppy program, using the Monks of New Skete method and she had actually had training by them! No other BMD breeder has this kind of information available. We have had our sweet Heasley for about 10 months and she is amazing. If I have a question, I just text Bethany and she’s back to me almost immediately. She definitely wants the best for her dogs…even after they have left her care. It was well worth the trip to take advantage of Bethany’s love and knowledge of this breed.”

Samson

Samson

“Bethany is such an amazing breeder! Always willing to help with any questions during the life of the dog, cares deeply for the animals she is preparing to send out into the world as companions and does all she can to best prepare them for life with their family. Samson is one of the easiest puppies I’ve ever had with regard to potty training, crate training, and he is confident and does not get easily stressed. He came well socialized and we were able to continue with that trend. She puts so much time and effort into her breeding program that we were willing to wait for a year and a half for a puppy from her. She promptly responds to any questions I’ve had and we so love our Samson. He loves all people of all sizes and is great with other dogs. You wont regret a puppy from Bethany! “

Pigeon

Pigeon

“I have waited a decade to be ready to bring home a Bernese Mountain Dog. After doing an obsessive amount of research, I chose Bethany with WCC Berners without question. Her dogs are healthy, beautiful, and exemplify the breed standard. What impressed me and is unlike any other Bernese breeder I have come across, is the effort Bethany puts into her puppies to ensure you are bringing home a well-adjusted and healthy puppy. She has supported every aspect of puppyhood with quality nutrition, socialization, mental stimulation enrichment, health checks and more. Her openness and timely response for questions and concerns has been a huge help, especially being a first time Berner owner. Pigeon (Litter K) fell into the flow of our life with incredible ease–she is healthy, eager to learn, patient, and joyful. With each litter, Bethany is not just looking for her next show dog, she is wholly devoted to raising your next family member. Since she is also a dog trainer, it is also wonderful to support someone who fully commits their life to canine companionship. I have a feeling Berners will be a constant in my life and without a doubt would make the trip to Utah again for a WCC Berner.”

Indie & Tris

Indie & Tris

“Bernese Mountain Dogs have always been a dream dog to me. As a professional dog trainer, the dogs I choose are very specific and must be sound mentally, physically and healthy. Bethany and Alan Tracy of WCC Bernese Mountain Dogs not only produce amazing quality in their dogs, they go so many steps further in the rearing of each individual puppy they whelp. Their breeding program should be the standard for all breeders, as they take the time to research and develop every important aspect of their system.

I have spent numerous weeks with them and their dogs. Their breeding dogs are family pets, friendly, obedient and so well behaved. The time and dedication spent on creating the best of the breed is by far the most impressive with WCC Bernese Mountain Dogs. I currently have two of their pups, and am expecting my third in just under 2 months!”

Rizzo

Rizzo

“Deciding that a BMD was the perfect breed for our family was the easy part, the hard part was finding a great breeder.  We were so excited when we found Wasatch Canine Camp and met Bethany, Al, and their pack.  We knew it would be a perfect fit!   We got such a wonderful dog and they went above and beyond for everything!  They have been so great in helping us with training, socialization of our dog, and addressing any concerns or questions we have had at any time.  Bethany went out of her way to help us get Miss Rizzo ready for a photo shoot and with all her help and great advice, Rizzo was a star at only one year old!  We have so enjoyed working with them since we first met them and Rizzo loves and adores them too!  Whether you choose them as a breeder or trainer, just know you will always get 110%!”

Sulley

Sulley

“When I decided to add another dog to my pack I chose to get a Bernese Mountain Dog.  I started my search for a breeder and was fortunate to find Bethany. I was impressed to see not only how knowledgeable she is about the breed but also about nutrition, socializing, training and that they do health testing on all of the dogs before breeding them. Another great thing is that Bethany is an amazing dog trainer and it shows not only with her own dogs but with other dogs I’ve seen her work with.

I met Bethany and her pack and decided I would never get a Berner from anyone else!

Sulley joined my family in September and he is a perfect fit! He has probably been the easiest puppy I’ve ever had!  He gets along well with everyone and is just a solid, sweet, well-rounded pup!  Thank you for all of your hard work and care but most of all thank you for sweet Sulley!”

Dixie

Dixie

“As a fellow trainer I am very picky when it comes to breeders. I ask a lot of questions and they have the right answers. Bethany is breeding for quality, quality health and quality temperments. Between her rearing and socialization programs as well as the hands on work each puppy receives before going to it’s home, I was positive our new puppy would be a fantastic addition to my family, my pack, and my business. I was right. Dixie is the perfect example of what a Berner should be like. She is social, accepting, very friendly, and a quick learn. My kids adore her and she is my little shadow. Bethany and Al are the only Bernese Mountain Dog Breeders I will refer clients to here in Utah. Thanks for making our home that much happier by adding Dixie Mae.”

“My family and I would like to take a minute and thank Bethany and Al Tracy for their love or Berners. Our family is so happy with our puppy Boadicea! She is such  sweet and fun puppy! We recommend not only getting a puppy from them but HIGHLY recommend getting all of your dogs trained through Bethany! You will not find a more willing, smart and loving trainer for your dogs of all breeds and for yourself to learn how to live with your dogs. Avy

Avy

“Our beloved Bernese Mountain Dog, Avalanche (Avy) turns one year old today. The past year has been wonderful with our puppy. Bethany worked so hard with Avy, making sure she was healthy and socialized before we even took her home with us. Avy had met over 100 people before she left Bethany’s house! Bethany has great passion for dogs and it shows in her actions. We have taken Avy many times to the free socialization class that Bethany holds on Saturdays. We took advantage of Bethany’s training programs and sent Avy to Bethany for four weeks. Avy came home with good manners that are essential for such big dogs. When we call or text Bethany, she always gets back to us almost immediately with friendly advice and answers to our numerous questions. We are so glad we found Bethany and Wasatch Canine Camp!”

Tada

Tada

“Tada is seriously the best dog I have ever owned.  I’ve always owned hunting breeds that non-stop had their nose to the ground and could care less about me.  Tada is the complete opposite.  He is always by my side, and checking in with me.  I can take him on hikes off leash, and he never strays further than 20ft from my side, and he always makes sure he knows where I am.  He is amazing with my granddaughter, too.  When she is visiting, he follows her around to make sure she doesn’t get hurt.  If she gets too close to the stairs, he stands between the stairs and her and herds her in the other direction.  He so sweet and loving to anyone and everyone he meets.  He has just been the best dog, we couldn’t be happier!”

“I honestly couldn’t have gotten a better puppy.  Bethany puts so much work into her puppies before you even bring them home, mine was even potty trained. Sadly I live in Houston Texas and can’t enjoy her other training services, but all of Bethany’s dogs are well behaved even with my 6 month old pulling on them. I definitely plan on making a drive to Wasatch Canine Camp to get another puppy from an upcoming litter.

As for the breed. They really are amazing, friendly and amazing with children. Our 6-month-old Berner and my 10 -month-old daughter are inseparable.  My house will always have at least one Berner.”
